Section 3(h) in Andhra Pradesh Municipal Councils/Nagar Panchayats (Direct Election of Chairperson) Rules, 1986
(h)"Form" means the form appended to these rules and includes the translation of the matter in Telugu, or any other language or languages specified in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution;
