Item No.56 Respondent no.2 has yet to file counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks time as last opportunity. The ld. Counsel for respondent no.3 has opted not to file counter affidavit on his behalf as this respondent is the petitioner in SLP(C) no 5132/2015. Service upon respondent Nos. 4 and 5 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Service report of respondent no.6 is still awaited. SLP(C) NO.5132/2015 This petition also has six respondents herein. Respondent nos. 2,5 and 6 have not been served. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps within three weeks time. The ld. Counsel for the petitioner has requested for dasti notice. Accepted. Notices be accordingly issued. Be got served and proof of service be filed within time stipulated for the purpose.
