(1)The manager shall appoint a canteen managing committee which shall be consulted from time to time as to-(a)the quality and quantity of food-stuffs to be served in the canteen;(b)the arrangement of the menu;(c)times of meals in the canteen; and(d)any other matter as may be directed by the committee.[Provided that when the canteen is managed by a co-operative society as mentioned in Rule 80 (3) it shall not be necessary to appoint a Canteen Managing Committee.] [Inserted by 3688-4113-XVI, dated 1-6-1968.]
