Section 71 in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
71. Annual Return.
Every co-operative society shall send to the Registrar and the federal Co-operative society such statements and returns and in such form as he may from time to time direct, and shall send, within four months from the expiry of a co-operative year or within such time as the Registrar may direct, an annual return in Form XV.
