Section 9(4) in M.P. Recognition of Secondary and Higher Secondary School Rules, 2017
(4)Every recognized school shall maintain proper record of students, staff, accounts and other such records necessary for functioning of the school. Officers of school education department may inspect any of these records at any point of time.
