27. Accounts and Audit.
(1)The accounts including the annual accounts of the University shall be prepared under the supervision and direction of the Comptroller.(2)All the moneys accruing to or received by the University from whatever source and all amounts disbursed or paid shall be duly and correctly entered in the accounts of the University.(3)The annual accounts including the balance sheet shall be audited by the auditor by the auditor as may be appointed by the State Government. The cost of audit shall be paid by the University. The copies of the annual accounts and the audit report shall be presented to the Board, the Chancellor and the State Government.
