Section 13(1) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
(1)Whenever a vacancy occurring by death, resignation or removal, or by vacation of a seat for any other reason, the vacancy shall be filled within six months of the occurrence of such vacancy :Provided that no election shall be held to fill a casual vacancy occurring within six months prior to the holding of a general election.
