Section 11(4) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(4)No amendment, transposition, or deletion of any entry shall be made under Sub-rule (1) and no direction for the inclusion of a name in the electoral roll shall be given under sub-rule (2) after the issue of the public notice for election under rule 17 and until completion of elections.
