Section 3(b) in National Cadet Corps (Girls Division) Rules, 1949
(b)the [school or college] [Substitued by S.R.O. 216, dated 7th June, 1957, Part II, Section 4, page 97] shall give an undertaking that it can enrol and maintain up to strength the unit which may be allotted to it;
