Both the parties are ad idem that X-objection No.33-CI- 2001 in RFA No.154 of 2001 is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in RFA No.948 of 2002 titled as "Avinash Chander vs. State of Haryana and another" decided on 15.10.2008.
In view of the above, the present Xobjection in Regular First Appeal is also disposed of in terms of the decision rendered in RFA No.948 of 2002 titled as "Avinash Chander vs. State of Haryana and another".
