Section 46(46) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005
46.2For each capital expenditure project, the sum total of annual allowable capital cost from the date of commencement of such project till the date of commissioning shall be the original cost of such project:Provided that the Commission may permit reasonable additional costs, which are in the nature of capital expenditure, to be included in the original cost of the project beyond the date of commissioning, upon application for the same made by the Transmission Licensee.
