Section 45(1) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(1)The Chairman of a Board may employer, by general or by special order, any Vice-Chairman to exercise under his control, any one or more of his powers, duties or functions except those specified in clauses (a), (b) and (c) of section 43.
