Section 97(2)(b) in The Bombay Children Act, 1948

(b)any boy or girl over the age of sixteen years, who has been released on licence, and who has committed a breach of licence conditions and whom it is not advisable to send back to his [own Approved Centre or Institution] may be transferred to a Borstal School or institution :
