Section 9A(1) in Tamil Nadu Public Libraries Act, 1948
(1)Notwithstanding contained in any law for the time being in force, on and from the 1st day of April 1982, all persons employed in every Local Library Authority in the posts specified in the Schedule shall become whole-time Government servants.
