(3)When Commission has approved grant of transmission licence, the applicant shall be informed of such approval and also the conditions to be satisfied by the applicant including the initial and annual licence fees to be paid by the applicant for grant of the licence. The licence and the condition of licence shall be in the form specified in Appendix -2 of these Regulations:Provided that the Commission may add or alter or amend the form specified for a licence as it may at its discretion, deem necessary.
