Section 6(1) in The Rajasthan Loans To Small Mining Lessees Rules, 1982
(1)Application for grant of loan shall be submitted to the Asstt. Mining Engineer or Mining Engineer in whose jurisdiction the mine for which the loan is applied falls, in duplicate in form 'A' appended to these rules.
