14. Merger or division of a plot.
(1)The Agency or an officer so authorized by it may, subject to the provisions of this Act and such conditions as may be prescribed, on an application of the owner, allow merger or division of the plot.(2)An application under sub-section (1) hereinabove shall contain such details, documents and accompanied by such fee as may be prescribed.
