27. Other officers and servants.
(1)The State Government may appoint such other officers and servants, as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act and determine the number and designations of such officers and servants and their salaries and allowances.(2)The State Government shall make rules regulating the power of the Board to punish the officers and servants of the Board appointed under this section.
