Section 268(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)Every employer shall within 15 days from the commencement of these rules send to Secretary a consolidated return containing the particulars of the building worker entitled to be registered showing their basic wages, allowances and the amount being spend for free supply of food if any.
