Section 18(1) in Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Registration of Corporate Agents) Regulations, 2015
(1)The payment of remuneration to or receipt of remuneration by a corporate agent shall be governed by the regulations notified in this behalf by the Authority from time time.
