Section 3(1) in Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Act, 1965
(1)The Chancellor, the first Chancellor of the University and the first members of the Senate, the Syndicate and the Academic Council of the University and all persons who may hereafter become such officers or members so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, are hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of [Veer Narmad South Gujarat University] [Substituted 'the Vir Narmad South Gujarat University' by Gujarat Act No. 2 of 2012, dated 15.3.2012.].
