23. [ Intimation for appearing at the preliminary written examination or main written examination or interview. [Substituted vide O.G.E. No. 913 dated 9.5.2008.]
- The certificate of admission issued by the Commission under Rule 22 shall specify the date, time and venue of the preliminary written examination or the main written examination or the interview, as the case may be, and the candidates so intimated shall present themselves on the appointed date and at the time and place at their own expenses:]
