Section 26 in Nagaland Forest Products Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1982
26. Repeal and savings.
- (i) The Nagaland Forest Products Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Ordinance, 1981 is hereby repealed.(ii)Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken including any order made, notifications issued or directions given under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done, taken, made, issued or given as the case may be under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
