(3)Contract carriage other than those specified in sub-rule (2) shall be painted in any colour other than maroon or black or red colour. The words "contract carriage" shall be mentioned on two sides of the contract carriage within a circle of sixty centimeters diameter in case of other than motor cab and within a circle of twenty five centimeters diameter in case of motor cab.
