Section 12(1) in Rajasthan Wild Animals and Birds Protection Act, 1951
(1)The [State Government]. [Substituted by Section 4 of the Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part 4-A, dated 13.8.1957)] may make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
