Section 13(1) in The West Bengal State Council Of Higher Education Act, 1994.
(1)It shall be the duty of the State Council to allocate grants to different Universities and degree colleges in the State from out of the fund received by it under sub-section (1) of section 12 and release the same to the concerned Universities and colleges.
