Section 88(1)(iii) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990

(iii)The Registrar shall cause to be put up all applications received to the Chairman of the Selection Committee for his consideration. Suggestions recommendations and proposals for obtaining services on deputation shall be dealt with by the Vice-Chancellor in accordance with the provisions of clause (i) above.
