63. Defalcation or loss in money or stores to be reported immediately.
- Whenever any defalcation or loss in money or stores is discovered by the Auditor, the fact shall be promptly reported to the President giving in detail circumstances which lead to such defalcation or lose and whether such loss was due to and fault in the system.
