Section 11(2) in Telangana Municipal Tramways (Construction, Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2008
(2)Notwithstanding entering into of any such subcontract, the tramway operator shall remain liable and responsible to the State Government for the performance of its obligations and functions in relation to the tramway system including but not limited to those pursuant to or under the order or the agreement, as the case may be.
