1. As per the office report, respondent has been served. However, none appears on behalf of the respondent.
2. The present application has been filed seeking release of the original FDR of the applicant of account No. 139900PU00089772 of Rs.2,00,000/- issued by the Punjab National Bank, which was given in pursuance to the order dated 28.05.2018 passed by this Court on account of petitioner travelling abroad.
3. The petitioner has already returned and even the present petition has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 02.07.2018.
4. In view of the above, the aforesaid surety amount be released to the petitioner.
5. List before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) on 11th March, 2020 for release of the aforesaid FDR.
