Section 22(1) in Tamil Nadu Business Facilitation Act, 2018
(1)The Government shall, by notification, constitute an MSME State Single Window Committee with the Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce as the Chairman, the Additional Director of Industries and Commerce as the Member Convener, and such other members from Competent Authorities concerned, as may be prescribed.
