Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve notice upon the opposite parties by four week from date and to file affidavit- in-opposition two weeks after the ensuing Puja Vacation, 2011 and the reply, if any, thereto be filed two weeks thereafter and the matter shall appear under the heading "Contested Application" in the monthly list of December, 2011. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is directed to file affidavit of service on the next date of hearing.

As regards stay, I am told that tomorrow is the date for delivery of possession with the help of police. Since this application has been admitted, I am of the view that there shall be an order of stay of all further proceedings in Ejectment Execution Case being no. 149 of 2005 pending before the learned Judge, 4th Bench, Small Causes Court at Calcutta till the end of December, 2011 or until further order whichever is earlier.
