The grievance of the petitioners is that compensation of the tube-well installed on the acquired land has not been determined.
Admittedly, the petitioners have been served with a notice under Section 9 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and no award has been announced so far. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioners is pre-mature.
It is open to the petitioners to submit a claim for compensation for the tube-well installed which the respondents shall consider in accordance with law while announcing the award.
We find that the writ petition is wholly mis-conceived and the same is, thus, dismissed.
