136. Refusal to deliver up certificate etc. on ceasing to be police officers.
- Whoever, having ceased to be a police officer, does not forthwith deliver up his/her certificate of appointment, clothing, accoutrement and other wherewithal supplied to him for the execution of his duty, shall on conviction by a court of law, be liable to a fine.
