Section 3(d) in The Manipur Higher Secondary Education Act, 1992
(d)"College" means a College or Department of a College giving instructions in plus two or plus there stage of education and preparing students for either Higher Secondary Schools Leaving Certificate Examination or degree examination of the University or both ;
