Section 22 in The Bengal Diseases Of Animals Act, 1944

22. Bar of claim to compensation.

- No person shall be entitled to any compensation in respect of the destruction of any [livestock] [Substituted by Act No. 9 of 2008, dated 17.4.2008.] or thing or of any other loss, injury, detriment or inconvenience caused him by reason of anything done under this Act in good faith.
