1. The Petitioner seeks adjournment on the present proceedings by relying upon Sections 96 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 [hereinafter "IBC"] stating that proceedings qua him had been admitted under the IBC and there is an interim moratorium operating against the continuation of the present proceedings.
2. Issue notice. Ms. Asmita Duggal, counsel for the Respondent accepts notice.
3. Reply, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing.
4. Re-notify on 14th March, 2022.
