                                                             ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.139 of 2019 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant/2nd respondent herein, an FIR in Crime No.139 of 2019 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 379, 447, 427 and 34 IPC.

After investigation, the matter has been closed as mistake of fact and final report to that effect has been filed through C filing No.LTW20220002455C202400247 on 10.09.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thiruvallur.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.

Connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
