Section 10(1) in The Orissa Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2004
(1)Every entrepreneur shall furnish a Self-certification at the time of submitting the duly completed application form to the Nodal Agency, undertaking that he would comply with the provisions of applicable Acts and Rules or Orders or Instructions.
