Section 148(a) in The U.P. Gram Sabha, Gram Panchayat and Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti Manual
(a)Challans shall be printed in triplicate and bound in serially numbered books. The challans shall be filled up by the Chairman and show clearly in words and figures the amount of the remittance.
