64. Accounts to be audited once a year. - The accounts maintained by the Official Receiver should be audited as far as possible, once a year under the orders of the Accountant-General, Punjab/Haryana/H.P. and Chandigarh by the Examiner, Local Fund Accounts, and a staff of peripatetic auditors, provided that a Judge of the High Court may, in special cases pending in the High Court, direct audit inspection by an agency other than the Accountant-General, Punjab/Haryana/H.P. and Chandigarh.
