Section 3(2)(d) in U.P. Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education (Appointment and Conditions of Service of Heads of Institution, Teachers and other employees of the Institutions Rules, 2009

(d)The Regional Joint Director of Education shall communicate his decision on such proposal within two weeks from the date of receipt thereof, failing which the Regional Joint Director of Education shall be deemed to have given his concurrence to such proposal.
