Section 19 in The Bihar Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1960
19. Appointment of sub-committee or joint committee.
(1)The Market Committee may appoint from among its members and with the previous approval of the Chief Commissioner from outsiders, a sub-committee or a joint committee and may delegate to such committee such of its powers or duties as it may thing fit.(2)The Market Committee may revise any decision of a sub-committee or joint committee.
