Section 89 in The Port Of New Mangalore Rules, 1976
89. Removal of trucks and hand-barrows out of port.
- Trucks and hand-barrows loaded with goods and not taken out of the port immediately shall be liable to removal by the Traffic Manager at the risk and expense of the owner of the goods and trucks and hand-barrows belonging to merchants and others and left lying at the port shall be liable to removal and confiscation by the Traffic Manager.
