Section 8(1) in Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Rules, 2012
(1)The Board may seek such information from and issue such lawful directions as it deems fit in connection with the conceptualising or implementation of any project to any public agency and such agency shall provide all such information and comply with all such directions;
