(b)holds or has held the office of an Inspector under the-(i)Payment of Wages Act, 1936, or(ii)Minimum Wages Act, 1948, or(iii)Factories Act, 1948, or(iv)The Madhya Pradesh Shops and Establishments Act, 1958, or(v)holds or has held the office of Labour and Welfare Officer.
