Section 9B(1) in Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any other law for the time being in force, Government may after consulting the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, all Urban Development Authorities, Municipal Corporations, Municipalities and Nagar Panchayats in the State, by a notification in the Telangana Gazette, constitute a Common Municipal Service for the State, consisting of any class of officers or employees of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, all Urban Development Authorities, Municipal Corporations, Municipalities and Nagar Panchayat in the State.
