Section 43(e) in Regulations of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University
(e)The Vice-Chancellor shall authorise acceptance of tender rates up to 20 per cent above the estimated rates. All other tenders which exteed 20 per cent of the estimates should be rejected in the normal course and the work re-tendered.
