Section 2(j) in Andhra Pradesh Colleges of Education (Regulation of Admissions into B.Ed. Course through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006
(j)"Inspecting Authority" means the Authority/Officer appointed by the AFRC for inspecting and scrutinizing the admissions of the candidates made in the Un-Aided Colleges of Education offering the B.Ed. Course.
