Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Municipal (Non-Centralised-Regular) Public Health Establishment Discipline and Appeal Regulations, 1977
(1)All orders of punishment shall state the grounds on which they are based and shall be communicated in writing to the member against whom they are passed.
